"In the last couple of years, we left USAA after being customers for well over 20 years. Of the three other insurance companies we considered, State Farm was the most competitive, service-oriented, and responsive. We were onboarded by Jennifer Coker, who did an excellent job making the process easy and straightforward.

Fast forward to earlier this month, when our vehicle was totaled. Jennifer was our main point of contact and did a fantastic job guiding us through the process, answering our questions, and helping get everything squared away for the replacement vehicle. The State Farm claims team also did an excellent job. The claim was handled efficiently and professionally, and communication throughout the process was clear and responsive.

I also dealt with several other members of Mrs. Dickerson's staff whose names I unfortunately don't recall. Without exception, they were knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful in answering my questions and providing guidance.

In my mind, good people and consistently good service are a reflection of strong leadership and a solid organizational culture. Mrs. Dickerson, her staff, and the claims team have earned our confidence, and the experience reinforced that we made the right decision moving our business to State Farm. Well done."
